Welcome to ESQ Resume. ESQ Resume LLC and/or its affiliates provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or buy services at ESQResume.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future ESQ resume service or business, you also will be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements ("Terms") applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such Terms, the Terms will control.

Refund Policy

Though we commit ourselves toward excellent customer service, the fact is, we cannot please everybody. It is inevitable that there are instances that some clients are not satisfied with the outcome of our services. Unlike a retail store, we offer services, not products; thus, we follow a NO REFUND policy.

This no-refund policy is enforced without exception because it is understood that you have read and reviewed this agreement upon signing. We are doing this to protect the company and our employees as well. We always put our best effort to render quality services, and hence, deserve to be paid what is due to us.

However, we will work with you throughout the process to resolve any issues you may have with your order. Customer satisfaction is paramount to us. In this regard, we have adapted refund guidelines to follow, as necessary.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is permitted by the company ONLY within 24 hours upon signing up, AND before any draft has been sent to you, as evidenced by the e-mail conversation with your assigned writer, consultant, or other members of our support team. In the event that you decide to cancel the project within 24 hours after signing up and before receiving a draft, you are only allowed to receive 90 percent (90%) of the package you availed. Ten percent (10%) will serve as an administrative fee. No refund request submitted after 24 hours will be accepted.

Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy.

We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). We use your Personal Information to operate ESQ Resume, and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from ESQ Resume. Our customers’ names will never be shared with anyone.

ESQ Resume will keep customer essays strictly confidential, to be seen only by ESQ Resume editors, trainees, and management.

ESQ Resume reserves the right to use submitted content and its work in instructional or promotional material so long as ESQ Resume does not attach the customers’ names to the work when displaying the work. Customers may at any time by email refuse to give ESQ Resume the right to use submitted content and its work in instructional or promotional material.

We may use cookies to count users to our sites, but these cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information.

If at any time you believe we have not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to privacy@esqresume.com, and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem. Visitors may post reviews, comments, cover letters, resumes, and other content; send other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You submit essays and resumes at your own risk. Further, clients agree to hold ESQ Resume LLC harmless from any academic, administrative, criminal, or civil proceedings. If a customer is rejected by a college, graduate school, professional program, or potential employer, the customer has no legal recourse against ESQ Resume LLC. EVEN IF ESQ RESUME LLC WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR WAS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT.

Applicable Law

By visiting ESQResume.com you agree that the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ESQResume.com or its affiliates.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to ESQResume.com or to products you purchase through ESQResume.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Georgia in a court that is geographically closest to the main office of ESQ Recruiting LLC in Atlanta, Georgia except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate ESQResume.com’s intellectual property rights, ESQResume.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Orders

ESQ Resume is under no legal obligation to refund the purchase price of any service under any circumstance unless explicitly put forth by ESQ Resume. ESQ Resume will seek to satisfy every customer in a reasonable way through extended editor interaction, editing by multiple editors, additional interview time etc. ESQ Resume also reserves the right to use its work in instructional or promotional material subject to the Privacy Agreement.

In no event will ESQ Resume LLC, its officers, its directors, its employees, its editors, and its representatives be held liable for any damages of any kind, including without limitation compensatory, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, loss of income or data, loss of or damage to property, and claims of customers or third parties arising from any customer’s rejection from any undergraduate, graduate, or professional program or employment opportunity of any kind.
